Figures for the first half of the financial year 2010
Revenue and gross profit at the level of the prior-year period
In the first half of 2010, IVU Traffic Technologies AG again generated a stable result, with
revenue of roughly € 15.7 million (first half of 2009: € 15.8 million) and gross profit almost
identical to that of the prior-year period at around € 12.6 million (first half of 2009: € 12.7
million). IVU thus replicated its strong results from the previous year. At k€ 9, earnings before
interest and taxes (EBIT) were comparable with the first half of 2009 (k€ 125) and were
normal for the first half of the financial year based on the cross-period aspect of the projects
and seasonal business development. Personnel capacity increased by 4% as planned and
personnel expenditure rose by 2% to € 9.6 million.
We continue to expect revenue of approximately € 40 million and gross profits of approximately
€ 30 million for the financial year 2010.
