Helmut Bergstein joins Board of Management of IVU (PR)

The Supervisory Board of IVU Traffic Technologies AG has appointed Helmut Bergstein as member of the Board of Management with effect from 1.1.2010.
Helmut Bergstein (49) has been a member of the IVU management team as head of the Aachen branch since 2003. A qualified physicist, he has many years of experience with IT systems for public transport, having first taken on management responsibilities at IVU in 1999.
As already announced, Martin Müller-Elschner (41) will be taking over as CEO and Chair of the Board of Management at the start of the New Year from Prof. Ernst Denert (67), who is retiring from the Board of Management of IVU Traffic Technologies AG on 31 December 2009.
Frank Kochanski (49) will remain as the third member of the Board, retaining his responsibility for finances.
